The Project:
Some years ago, Mr GH made contact with Cabuchon because he wanted a large, 2-person deep soaking tub for his family home in Skipton. He duly chose the Xanadu, which was subsequently fitted and which he greatly enjoyed using. His verdict was that it was “a delightful experience; we loved it!”
In 2020, when he and his family decided to plan the construction of a new house in Harrogate, they once again wanted to include a large deep soaking tub as part of their bathroom design. Moreover, since they had found the Xanadu to be ideally suited to their needs, they decided to order one for a second time.
Other elements of the bathroom design included sanitaryware by Ideal Standard. Since Cabuchon is able to match the standard colours of most well-known manufacturers, its design and production teams worked together to manufacturer the Xanadu in a matching shade of white.
The bath was also fitted with a CIFIAL combined filler/overflow (the Aqua Filler) and shipped to Harrogate ready for installation. Once the work was complete, Mr GH wrote to Cabuchon’s customer service staff to thank everyone for their help. An extract from his letter is shown below.
“The installation of the tub was completed some weeks ago, and we are delighted. We have used Cabuchon Bathforms previously and were delighted with the tub that they previously manufactured and supplied for our house in Skipton, so we had no hesitation in going back to Cabuchon to supply us with a tub for our new house build in Harrogate.
“From start to finish, Cabuchon provided us with the design information we needed, and the tub was supplied to our site when required.
“We are delighted to have a large soaking tub again; it provides a real touch of luxury.”
