The Project:
When planning the refurbishment of her bathroom in County Galway, Ireland, Ms B K discovered the Takara deep soaking tub via a search online. Having found the Cabuchon website, she looked through the various space-saving baths on offer and felt that the Takara might be best suited to her needs.
One important reason for her choice was the inclusion of built-in grab rails, which add a sense of security and stability when entering or exiting the bath. Another was that the compact, deep soaking design would allow a comfortable, supportive bathing position while also making excellent use of space.
However, before making a final decision, Ms B K requested a sample of Ficore®, the material from which all Cabuchon baths are made. The company’s customer care team sent her a sample, which enabled her to judge its excellent heat retention, its pleasantly warm feel, and of course, its colour and finish.
When Ms B K decided to proceed, the team set about manufacturing the bath and then supporting the client at every subsequent stage, including shipping, Customs clearance and delivery. The Takara was duly installed and she declared herself very happy with the result.
