The Talisien is our latest free standing, double-ended bathtub and, we believe, strongly representative of our characteristics as a manufacturer. It is unique, elegant and strikingly different, yet very functional. Ideal for relaxed single or shared bathing, it features a carefully sculptured back, which slopes at each end and gives a greater than usual depth that permits luxurious soaking.

The Talisien Free Standing Bath
The sculpted double ends of the Talisien make it perfectly suited for shared bathing, whilst the clean, asymmetric design lends itself to a wide range of interior designs, from traditional to contemporary settings.
Mixer taps can be wall-mounted or fitted to the rear bath rim, or the bath can be used with a free standing riser, as shown above. When fitted with wall-mounted or rim-mounted mixer taps, the Talisien permits the option of a manifold combined filler and overflow.
Access and fitting:
Turned on its side, the Talisien will pass through a standard door (typical door width 750mm / 29½″).
Taps and other controls should be mounted on the rear rim, keeping the sides clear to allow the bather(s) to recline comfortably. Alternatively, the bath can be used with wall-mounted taps/spouts or a free standing riser.
Unless there is a specific request to the contrary, the Talisien will normally be supplied with pre-drilled holes for the waste and overflow. Holes will not be pre-cut for taps or other fittings, because the best way to determine the precise placement of these items is to agree them on site, as a result of discussions between the customer and the installer.
The Talisien stands on four height-adjustable feet that are bonded to the bottom of the bath. Allowing an adjustment range of 50mm (2″), they are factory-fitted and set to spread the bath’s weight evenly. During installation on-site, great care must be taken if the feet are subsequently adjusted to accommodate a sloping or uneven floor. For security, stability and durability, it is essential that the whole of the bath’s weight rests squarely and evenly on the feet – and not at all on the body of the bath.
